Pollo Del Mar - The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea (POP / Musick)
Another fine piece of musical cover art by the ubiquitous Shag. This one's for the second disc from Pollo Del Mar, a San Francisco instro band with prog surf influences. This cover doesn't actually sparkle, even though it looks like metalflake or something. As usual, Shag accomplishes a great look with a very simple style and execution. Similar tiki-related characters show up all over the whole disc package. Guitarist Ferenc Dobronyi is a graphic designer too, with great cover art on PDM's first spinner.
